Backwoods Smoker - First Fire


I used lump charcoal and spread it in a U pattern and then lit one end

I placed hickory chunks spread around the charcoal

Fire pan in place

Beef ribs going on using three different rubs

Sausages going on. Homemade hotlinks in the back and store boughts in the front.

Sausages are done.

Sliced ribs. Melt in your mouth tender.
